A frame shop on Lexington Avenue since 2007
Behind the burgundy awning and the bright yellow shopfront, the walls are covered in frames from floor to ceiling.

Framing is the whole business
The sign over the door says "Museum Quality Custom Framing," and that has been the work here since 2007. Carnegie Hill Gallery & Custom Framing Inc sits on Lexington Avenue between 90th and 91st Street, in the Carnegie Hill part of the Upper East Side.
The shop is part frame shop and part gallery. One wall holds rows of mitered corner samples, more than 2,000 styles in every shape, color and size. The others show what those corners become: paintings, posters, photographs, maps, mirrors, flags and the odd baseball jersey.
What customers notice
Customers tend to mention the same things: the craftsmanship, the care taken with their piece, and the people behind the counter. Some reviews name the owner, Masum, along with the team. As one customer put it, "The owner is a master at his craft." You can read more on our reviews page.
